Influence, Outcomes, and Effects
Participants issued a summary report with some policy recommendations (among which was the integration of training sessions on addictive behaviours into the school curriculum) on April 9, 2017. In June, the report was delivered to the president of the MILDECA (the interministerial committee which initiated the mini-public) in order to be integrated into the 2017-2020 government plan for the fight against drugs and addiction. Overall, the event was poorly publicized, and its impact on legislation is uncertain.
