Member Since 2015Hi! My name is Scott Fletcher (Bowlsby) and I used to be Participedia's managing editor. I have an Honours Degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and you can read my thesis, "The Promises and Perils of Information and Communications Technology: Three Systems-Based Approaches to the Assessment of ‘Passive-ICT’ in the Democratic Context" here. I'm currently working for a non-profit, Indigenous-led health and wellness cooperative in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. I also volunteer in harm reduction and overdose prevention with Vancouver Coastal Health.
